2. Soft cheese
Cheese is so important to make dishes like pizzas more delicious. However, it's really easy to get moldy! Based on how mold is produced, if your cheese is a soft one, the best way to store it is to wrap it with plastic or parchment paper and put it into airtight containers. Especially soft cheese like feta can also be stored well in a liquid solution. Airtight containers with oil and brine water would be good choices!
