6. Tuna
Tuna has long been recommended as it is low in calories and high in wholesome nutrients such as protein, vitamin B12 and omega 3 fatty acids. However, you can't afford to neglect the risk of eating tuna! The fish has been a major culprit of food poisoning, because it can be contaminated by a certain toxin and make people sick with cramps and headaches.
