The concept of the item is similar to that of KFC's infamous "Double Down." The Big McChicken packs fried chicken patties between McDonalds' McChicken or Big Mac. Replacing beef patties with fried chicken may sound pretty simple, but it makes for one the best sandwiches McDonald's has to offer.
