2. Hormel Spiced Ham
On February 3, Hormel Foods recalled around 945 pounds of spiced deli ham that might have been tainted with milk, an unlisted allergen. This ham was sent to Pennsylvania where it was sliced in their deli areas and in different packaging formats for sale to customers. The FSIS had advised delis to stop serving the ham.
