9. Lamb

Diets high in red meat have been found to be associated with colorectal cancer (aka bowel or colon cancer). Because red meat contains certain hemoglobin that promote the formation of carcinogenic compounds during the cooking process, which in turn can increase risk factors for cancer. Lamb, as a typical red meat, is also very high in saturated fat, which have been found to be linked to breast cancer for postmenopausal women.
