Commercial Egg Replacer
Thanks to Indian black salt, or Kala Namak, added in commercial egg replacers, we are able to smell and taste the eggy flavor. Egg replacers in the market are either in a powder form (Bob's Red Mill, Follow Your Heart, Orgran) or in a liquid form (Just Eggs, Follow Your Heart). Refer to instructions on the package for replacement ratio.
