Chia Seeds & Ground Flaxseeds
High in Omega-3 fatty acid and protein, chia seeds and flaxseeds are the best candidates for replacing eggs as a binding agent. However, it is significant to ground your flaxseeds because neither do they form a paste nor are they easily absorbed and digested by the human digestive system when using or consuming whole. Substitute one egg with 1 tablespoon of chia seeds or ground flaxseeds mixed with 3 tablespoons of water. Let the mixed "egg" sit for several minutes to absorb water before using it.
