1. Dark Chocolate
Crave sugary treats, then you'd better opt for a piece of dark chocolate. Different from regular chocolates, dark chocolate contains polyphenols with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. However, don't distract yourself from the sugar and fat in all chocolates. Be sure to maintain a limit of a couple of squares only to satisfy a sudden craving.
