2. Ethnicity and Fair Skin
Caucasians have the highest risk of developing skin cancer than other ethnicities. And people with fair skin are more likely to develop skin cancer than those with darker skin. This is because fair skin doesn't have as much melanin, which protects the skin against the sun's ultraviolet (UV) rays.
