3. Apples, Cherries, and Apricots
Although the hard, bitter, and unpleasant seeds of fruits are generally considered inedible, there's a chance that you suffer from indigestion by accidentally swallowing a few. Cherrie, apricot, and apple seeds have high levels of amygdalin molecules, which turn into cyanide (a chemical fatal to humans in specific doses) during digestion. From another perspective, the seeds of these fruits are simply too hard to digest. Either way, they may leave you with a severe stomachache if not appropriately handled.
