6. Undercooked Kidney Beans
Remember one thing: there's nothing more reassuring than a fully-cooked meal. As you're probably acknowledged, undercooking legumes can cause gastrointestinal distress to some extent. Kidney beans are the ones that lead to the most horrifying cases, severe diarrhea and vomiting. It is due to the toxic chemical compound called phytohaemagglutinin. As suggested by its name, this chemical can be complex to handle, so make sure those kidney beans are well down before eating.
