Doughnuts are yummy, no doubt! But, they are one of the worst breakfast choices. One doughnut has about 400-500 calories and 30 grams or more of refined sugars. The content of doughnuts can cause a sharp spike in your blood glucose levels and it can make you feel sleepy during the daytime!
