6. Hot Sauce
If you're a light sleeper, think twice before indulging in spicy delicacies. Spicy foods disturb sleep and dream formations by altering the body's temperature and increasing your total time awake. It doesn't mean that you have to ditch your craving for spiciness. Make sure to cut yourself off it six hours before bed if you don't want to experience sweating more for bad dreams than for the hot sauce itself!
