The study also sheds light on the effectiveness of the swab method for testing coronavirus. Because the researchers took advantage of both blood testing and nose swab testing, they found out that almost 50% of the tested individuals who have had antibodies after infection were missed by the swab testing.

On the other hand, the study did not publicize the type and the number of antibodies yet, providing only a sneak peek of the good news. Plus, the study results may not generalize to all other countries and regions, as coronavirus may evolve due to geological and genetic diversities.
