Green Tea

According to a 2009 meta-analysis that reviewed 11 relevant articles on Pubmed, catechins in green tea decreased 2.88 lbs of body weight on average and helped maintain weight after a period of weight loss. However, the weight loss property of catechins was negatively subjected to frequent caffeine consumption.
