1. Reasons for Closures
Outback Steakhouse is closing some locations due to decreased customer traffic and sales. Bloomin' Brands, its parent company, saw a decline in sales and profit. They plan to focus on increasing sales at Outback. In total, 41 restaurants, including those of other brands, have been shut down.
