Sanitize your hands and surfaces you touch

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends frequent handwashing with soap to prevent coronavirus infection, but it can be a little hard when you are on the go. Maybe the bathroom on the plane or at the gas station is full but you are starving. Maybe there is no running water to wash your hand when you want a quick snack on the road. So bringing alcohol-based hand sanitizers or wipes with you.

It would be best if you also consider wiping surfaces that you touch during the travel. These may include steering wheels, airplane seats, and such. COVID-19 mainly spread through respiratory droplets from coughs, sneezes, or talkings, those droplets can adhere to the surface and stay effective for up to 10 days. In other words, it is possible to get infected by touching your mouth or nose after touching the surface.
