Phototoxicity
This type of skin problem has nothing to do with "allergic constitution." Because it does not belong to the "allergic" we often say, but a phototoxic reaction. The phototoxic response is similar to the symptoms of a sunburn. It will also cause redness, swelling, pain, and even bullae and eventually turn black. However, because of photosensitive substances, the intensity of ultraviolet light required to drive symptoms is much lower than sunburn.
