Cooking Process
- Step 1, slather it with garlic herb butter all over and under the skin to help the turkey retain all of the juices and create an incredible golden skin. You can use melted butter to better lock in the flavor.
- Step 2, place some garlic slices, lemon and herbs on a pan without the roasting rack, then put your turkey breast-side down on top of it. The aromatics will continuously blend through the meat.
