Hooters, a restaurant that is primarily known for its chicken wings, has always used their standard uniform to help the waitress display their physical attributes as part of their service requirements. Recently though, Hooters' management have put forward higher requirements for dress code. While the Hooters uniform shorts were already skimpy, they weren't designed with this much focus on butts in mind.
