Raleigh, N.C., Jan. 14, 2026 — Lipari Foods of Warren, Mich., has recalled 14-ounce packages of JLM Branded “Dark Chocolate Nonpareils” because they may contain undeclared milk, posing a risk of serious or life‑threatening allergic reaction to people with milk allergies; consumers who have these products should stop using them immediately and not eat them. The company says no illnesses have been reported to date.
The recalled product is sold in clear 14‑ounce plastic tubs and is identified by lot code(s) 28202501A, 29202501A, 23202504A, 14202505A, 15202505A, and 03202506A printed on the bottom label. These items have been sold online and at select U.S. retailers nationwide since Sept. 15, 2025; consumers should check lot codes carefully before consuming.
