World Green Nutrition, Inc. Announces Expansion of Recall of Tejocote Products Due to the Presence of Yellow Oleander

Raleigh, N.C., Jan. 14, 2026 — World Green Nutrition, Inc. has expanded a recall to include ELV Control Herbal Supplement, 90 capsules, after FDA testing found the product contains yellow oleander, a poisonous plant that can cause serious or fatal neurological, gastrointestinal and cardiovascular effects including nausea, vomiting, dizziness, abdominal pain and cardiac arrhythmia. Consumers should stop using the recalled product immediately and not consume it.

The recalled product is identified as ELV Control Herbal Supplement, 90 capsules, with lot code(s): N1082701 (EXP: 05/03/28), GESPM240622 (EXP: 07/13/24), GESPM300622 (EXP: 07/13/24), GESPM050722 (EXP: 07/13/24), 190620230009B (EXP: 06/19/28), 190620231573678B (EXP: 06/28/28) and 280620231573678BA (EXP: 06/28/28). The product has been sold through authorized distributors and not through e-commerce platforms or retail stores, and these lots have been sold since Jan. 12, 2024; consumers should check packaging for the white container with blue lid and the listed lot codes to confirm whether they have the recalled product.

Consumers should dispose of the product or return recalled lots to the place of purchase for an exchange or request a refund or replacement; products acquired outside the authorized distributor network may not be eligible for exchange.
