New Age International Recalls Daily Veggies Brand Enoki Mushroom Due to Possible Health Risk

Raleigh, N.C., Jan. 14, 2026 — New Age International Inc. of Brooklyn, N.Y., has recalled all lots of Daily Veggies Enoki Mushroom 200g (Product of Korea) because the product may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, a bacteria that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, the elderly, pregnant women and others with weakened immune systems; consumers should not eat or use the product and should stop using it immediately. No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this recall.

The recall covers Daily Veggies Enoki Mushroom 200g packages marked with UPC code 8809159458890; this action applies to all lot code(s). The mushrooms have been sold online and at select U.S. retailers and were distributed to wholesalers in New York that supplied other states; the product has been sold since Sept. 15, 2025 (and earlier lot sales should be checked by consumers).

Consumers who have purchased the 200g Daily Veggies Enoki Mushroom are urged to destroy the product or return it to the place of purchase for a full refund and may request a refund or replacement from the retailer.
