Raleigh, N.C., Jan. 14, 2026 — IQ Produce of Vernon, Calif., has recalled 528 cases of IQ Produce Enoki Mushroom 150g because the product has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, a pathogen that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, pregnant women and others with weakened immune systems. Consumers are advised not to eat the mushrooms and should stop using them immediately.

The recalled product is IQ Produce Enoki Mushroom 150g with lot code(s) UI775. The mushrooms have been sold online and at select U.S. retailers and have been sold since Sept. 15, 2025. The recall follows a product sample taken by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration that tested positive for Listeria monocytogenes; no illnesses have been reported to date.

Consumers who purchased the product should return it to the place of purchase for a full refund or dispose of it safely; consumers seeking a replacement or refund may request one from the retailer.
