Raleigh, N.C., Jan. 14, 2026 — Gooder Foods, Inc. has recalled select lots of two prepared macaroni and cheese products because they may contain undeclared milk or cashew, posing a risk of serious or life‑threatening allergic reactions to consumers with milk or tree nut allergies; consumers should stop using the products immediately and not eat them. The company says the contamination was discovered through consumer feedback and that multiple allergic reactions have been reported; anyone who experiences symptoms should seek medical attention.

The recall covers Goodles Vegan Is Believin’ – Plant Based White Cheddar with Spirals (lot code(s): 09725N, 09825N, 09925N, 10025N, 10125N; UPC 850031990074; 5.25 oz; best buy dates Jul 7–11, 2026) and Goodles Here Comes Truffle – Creamy Truffle Flavored Cheddar and Shells (lot code(s): 10125N, 10425N, 10525N; UPC 850031990159; 6 oz; best buy dates Jul 11–15, 2026). The affected products have been distributed online and at select U.S. retailers and to wholesale distributors and operators, and have been sold since Apr. 29, 2025 through Aug. 5, 2025; consumers should check the UPC and lot code on the outside of the package to confirm whether their product is included.

Consumers who purchased the recalled items should not consume them and may return the product to the place of purchase for a refund or follow the retailer’s return instructions; if disposal is preferred, discard the product in a sealed container.
