Recall Details
Arlington, Va., March 17, 2025 — Nestlé USA has issued a voluntary recall of specific Lean Cuisine® and STOUFFER’S® frozen meals after reports of wood-like material found in a limited number of products, including one potential choking incident. Consumers who have purchased the affected items should stop using them immediately and not eat the product.
The recall applies to the following products and lot code(s): Lean Cuisine® Butternut Squash Ravioli (4261595912, 4283595912, 4356595912, 5018595912, 5038595912), Lean Cuisine® Spinach Artichoke Ravioli (4311595912, 5002595912, 5037595912, 5064595912), Lean Cuisine® Lemon Garlic Shrimp Stir Fry (4214595511), and STOUFFER’S® Party Size Chicken Lasagna 96 oz (4262595915, 4351595915, 5051595915, 5052595915). These products have been sold since Sept. 15, 2024, and were distributed online and at select U.S. retailers between September 2024 and March 2025. Lot codes are printed as a ten-digit batch code on the side of the packaging prior to the best-before date.
Consumers should return affected product to the retailer for a full refund or replacement, or dispose of it if returning is not feasible.
