Recall Details
Raleigh, N.C., Jan. 14, 2026 — TreeHouse Foods, Inc. has voluntarily recalled certain frozen waffle products because they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, a bacterium that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, the elderly, pregnant people and those with weakened immune systems. Consumers are advised to stop using the recalled waffles immediately and not eat them; anyone who has symptoms of listeriosis should contact a healthcare provider.
The recall covers frozen waffles sold under several brand names and packaged in various formats; affected products can be identified by the lot code(s) and UPCs printed on the carton. These items have been sold online and at select U.S. retailers and in Canada and have been sold since Sept. 15, 2025. Consumers should check the lot code(s) and Best By Date on the end of the carton and compare them with the product release list available from the company for full identification.
Consumers should dispose of the recalled products or return them to the place of purchase for a refund or replacement. For questions or to request a refund or replacement, contact TreeHouse Foods Consumer Affairs at 800-596-2903 (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. CST) or email [email protected]. This recall was initiated after routine testing at the manufacturing facility and is being conducted with the knowledge of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency; consumers seeking more details should consult the company’s recall notice online.
