Raleigh, N.C., March 14, 2026 — Pure Vitamins and Natural Supplements, LLC of Tampa, Fla., has voluntarily recalled three sexual‑enhancement honey products — Boner Bear Honey, Red Bull Extreme and Blue Bull Extreme — after FDA laboratory analysis found undeclared prescription‑drug ingredients. Boner Bear Honey has tested positive for sildenafil and tadalafil; Red Bull Extreme and Blue Bull Extreme have tested positive for sildenafil. These active ingredients, which are used in prescription drugs Viagra and Cialis, can dangerously lower blood pressure when taken with nitrates; consumers should stop using the products immediately and not eat them.
