Recall Details
Raleigh, N.C., Jan. 14, 2026 — Akkarco LLC of Lorton, Virginia, has voluntarily recalled Ashfiat Alharamain Energy Support after testing identified undeclared tadalafil, a prescription phosphodiesterase‑5 (PDE5) inhibitor, in the product. The recalled product is sold under the ASHFIAT ALHARAMAIN brand in a glass bottle with an orange label and has the following identifier: lot code(s) ENGOT24, UPC 1234561870003, expiration OCT 2028; product codes and expiration dates are printed on the package back. The product has been distributed nationwide in the United States online and at select U.S. retailers, including sales on the company website and third‑party e‑commerce marketplaces, and have been sold since Sept. 15, 2025.
Consumers should dispose of the product or return it to the place of purchase for a refund or replacement and are advised to consult a healthcare professional if they have experienced symptoms after use. For questions or to request a refund or replacement, contact Akkarco LLC via email at [email protected] (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 EST).
