Raleigh, N.C., March 6, 2024 — Colonna Brothers of North Bergen, N.J., has issued a voluntary recall of 1.5 oz Marcum Ground Cinnamon and 2.25 oz Supreme Tradition Ground Cinnamon because FDA testing found elevated lead levels that pose a potential health risk. Consumers are advised to stop using the affected products immediately and not to consume them; short- or long-term lead exposure can cause serious health problems, particularly in children and pregnant people.

The products have been sold online and at select U.S. retailers and have been sold since April 6, 2025 (and through the dates shown on the affected lots).
