The product has been sold since Sept. 15, 2025, online and at select U.S. retailers, including Tokyo Central Costa Mesa store in Costa Mesa, California, where the issue was discovered when the item was found on sale under ambient (non‑refrigerated) conditions without a “Keep Refrigerated” label.
