Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 14, 2026 — White Castle Frozen Food Division has recalled 1,021 cases of its retail frozen 4‑count Original Sliders because cartons may contain Jalapeño Cheese Sliders that include undeclared milk and soy, posing a risk of serious or life‑threatening allergic reactions to consumers with milk or soy allergies. Consumers who have the product should stop using it immediately and not eat the sliders.
The recall covers White Castle brand 4‑count Original Sliders, UPC 0‑82988‑02969‑3, lot code(s) 9H203521 and 9H203522 (printed within a light‑blue bar on the end panel followed by the best‑by date). Each 4‑count carton contains two individually wrapped packs of two sliders and has a Best By Date of April 18, 2026; the affected product has been sold primarily in convenience stores and at select U.S. retailers (online and at select U.S. retailers) and has been sold since Aug. 1, 2025, with shipments to retailers between August and October 2025. Only full eight‑character lot codes listed above are included in the recall; cartons without all eight characters are not affected.
