Recall Details
Haverhill, Mass., Aug. 5, 2025 — Hans Kissle LLC has recalled 120 units of Hans Kissle Red Potato Bliss Salad after discovering the top label on certain 16-ounce containers incorrectly identifies Tricolor Twist Pasta Salad as Red Bliss Potato Salad, resulting in undeclared wheat that poses a risk of serious or life‑threatening allergic reaction to people with wheat allergy or severe sensitivity; consumers who have purchased the product should not eat it and should stop using it immediately.
The affected product is sold in 16‑ounce clear plastic containers with white lids, UPC Code 036217673706, and lot code(s) Use By: 8/20/25 and Use By: 9/25/25 on the top lid; the clear container’s front label correctly reads Hans Kissle Tri Color Twist Pasta Salad while the top label misidentifies it as Hans Kissle Red Bliss Potato Salad. The product have been sold online and at select U.S. retailers, including Stop & Shop locations in MA, RI, CT, NJ and NY, and have been sold since Sept. 15, 2025; affected units may still be in consumers’ refrigerators.
