Raleigh, N.C., Feb. 8, 2024 — Ready Pac Foods, Inc. has recalled a limited number of salad kits after an expanded recall by Rizo-López Foods raised concern that certain cheese ingredients may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, which can cause serious or fatal infections in vulnerable populations and pregnancy complications.
