Raleigh, N.C., Jan. 14, 2026 — Total Nutrition Inc. of Deer Park, N.Y., has recalled TNVitamins Ultra Potent Complete Green Superfood Moringa and Doctor’s Pride Complete Green Superfood Ultra Potent Moringa 120‑count capsules because the products may be contaminated with Salmonella, a bacterium that can cause fever, diarrhea, vomiting and more severe invasive infections in vulnerable people. Consumers should stop using the affected products immediately and do not eat, sell or serve them.
The affected products are packaged in white HDPE bottles with smooth white caps containing 120 clear capsules of green moringa powder. The recalled lot code(s) for TNVitamins Ultra Potent Complete Green Superfood Moringa 10,000 mg (120 capsules) are Lot: 2507199 (Exp. 09/2027), Lot: 2512-304 (Exp. 02/2028) and Lot: 2793 (Exp. 02/2028); the recalled lot code(s) for Doctor’s Pride Complete Green Superfood Ultra Potent Moringa 10,000 mg (120 capsules) is Lot: 2507199 (Exp. 09/2027). These products have been sold online and at select U.S. retailers, including Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop and Target, as well as through the companies’ websites, and have been sold since Sept. 15, 2025 (consumers should check their purchase date and packaging for lot codes).
Customers who purchased the listed lot code(s) should dispose of the product or return it to the place of purchase and may request a refund or replacement by contacting TNVitamins customer service at [email protected]; provide your name, order number and a photo of the product showing the lot code(s). The company has halted distribution and initiated removal across sales channels while the FDA and CDC continue their investigation; if you need further guidance, consult the FDA advisory or contact your healthcare provider.
