2. Vitamins A
Vitamin A has an important role in bone and tooth development, reproduction, cell division and immune function. Keep in mind that this vitamin is fat-soluble, meaning that it dissolves in fat prior to being absorbed by the body. Consuming too much of these fat soluble vitamins can lead to toxicity and may be dangerous to your health. Women need 700 micrograms of vitamin A per day.
Good sources of vitamin A: cheese, eggs, oily fish, milk and yogurt.
