8. Canned Food

While not all canned foods are bad, a majority of them are. Highly processed foods with added sugar, preservatives, salt and color like pineapples, sweetcorn, soups, sausages and ham may lead to various health issues. The high concentration of added sugar, fructose corn syrup, brine water and other artificial contents can lead to insulin resistance and increased level of cholesterol. Therefore, avoid tinned/canned food in your breakfast.
