4. Canned Pasta

Bisphenol or BPA is a product used in the lining of some cans. This chemical has been found to increase the risk of metabolic disorders and promotes carcinogens. But canned pasta isn't just problematic with regards to BPA. The tomato sauce in canned pasta has a host of problems, like added sugars and bromated flours. Both are associated with many negative effects on health, including inflammation, heart disease and diabetes.
