5. Toaster Pastries
If you're opting for toaster pastries for the sake of speed and simplicity, it's just not worth it! Most toaster pastries consist of ingredients such as white flour, brown sugar, high fructose corn syrup, and soybean oil, none of which is anywhere near healthy. Excessive carbohydrate intake in the morning can also make you sleepy at work or overeat at the next meals.
