When serving the cheese board

  • Label cheese with cheese markers so everyone knows what they are putting into their mouth. If you don't have cheese markers at hand, make your own by gluing paper pieces to toothpicks.
  • Make sure your cheese is at room temperature when everyone digs into the cheese board; they taste so much better than cold ones. A rule-of-thumb is to pull the cheese out of the fridge 1 hour before arranging your cheeseboard.
  • Don't forget knives, spoons, toothpicks, etc.
