Paper bags are in short supply
According to The Wall Street Journal, McDonald's is facing a shortage of paper bags. According to an internal company memo that was circulated to the chain's franchisees in late July, many McDonald's chain stores are asked to dial down their paper bags provided for orders to avoid a full-blown paper bag crisis.
